Promêtheia (προμήθεια) is often translated as foresight - the ability to perceive what is emerging and act in accordance with it.

At its heart, this mystery school is devoted to remembering - to helping people retrieve what the oracular arts have always known how to access. Foresight is simply memory which is working ahead of itself.

At Promethea School, we work from the understanding that humanity has forgotten much of it’s ancient past, and that for us to move boldly into the future we must be willing to reclaim it.

Star beings have been coming to Earth since the dawn of time, and every ancient civilization carries the memory somewhere - Egypt, Atlantis, Lemuria, myths of celestial origin told a dozen different ways across different cultures. Most of us were just never given the thread to trace it back.

Through sessions, mentorship, group containers and courses - including The Egypt Codes, my signature body of work - this school supports those navigating life’s initiations with greater clarity, self-trust and vision.

I am Courtney Ama, founder of Promethea School, and my work is rooted in the understanding that wisdom is not something we acquire from outside ourselves. It is something ancient and carried, something we learn to recognise, trust and embody again.

Many of the people who find their way here are healers, creatives, leaders and visionaries - starseeds, though they may not yet call themselves that. They sense they are standing on the threshold of a new chapter, that the life they’ve built no longer matches the frequency they’re becoming, and they are seeking guidance as they learn to navigate unfamiliar waters.

One of my greatest gifts is the ability to see beneath the surface of what is unfolding, to trace the ancient threads running underneath a modern life, and illuminate the deeper patterns at play. Through intuitive and psychic insight, I help people reconnect with their own knowing and move forward with greater sovereignty.
