Promêtheia (προμήθεια) is often translated as foresight - the ability to perceive what is emerging and act in accordance with it.

At its heart, this mystery school is devoted to the art of remembering - to helping people unlock the pathways of their consciousness - one step at a time.

At Promethea School, we work from the understanding that humanity has forgotten much of its ancient past, and that for us to move boldly into the future we must be willing to reclaim it.

Star beings have been coming to Earth since the dawn of time, and every ancient civilisation carries this understanding somewhere - Egypt, Atlantis, Lemuria, myths of celestial origin are told a dozen different ways across different cultures.

Part of the work of sacred memory retrieval is piecing these stories that are alive within us back together. They are the threads which interlink humanity’s deepest connections, with the stars, and within ourselves.

Through sessions, mentorship, group containers and courses - including The Egypt Priestess Codes, my signature body of work - this school supports those navigating life’s initiations with greater clarity, self-trust and vision.

Many of the people who find their way here are healers, creatives, visionaries and 'starseeds' - i.e. the holders of a lineage which is extends far beyond Earth.

They often sense they are standing on the threshold of a new chapter, that the life they've built no longer matches the frequency they're becoming, and they are seeking guidance as they learn to navigate unfamiliar waters.

I am Courtney Ama, founder of Promethea School, and one of my greatest gifts is the ability to see beneath the surface of what is unfolding, to trace the ancient threads running underneath a modern life, and illuminate the deeper patterns at play.

Through intuitive and psychic insight, I help people reconnect with their own knowing and move forward with greater capacity to hold both the joy and the challenges that life inevitably brings.

Whether you are seeking deeper support, exploring your next steps, or simply feeling the pull of something older than you can name, I invite you to explore what is available here.
